
Administration Officer I Underwood

**$34.58p/h + super | Underwood Location**
Our client is a family owned manufacturer and supplier of roofing and decking products. They are currently seeking an experienced **Office Administrator** for a temporary 6-12 month assignment to cover maternity leave.
This role will see you working 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday, at their office/warehouse based in Underwood.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide office support with all activities. Previous experience as an administrator within a warehousing environment would be highly regarded.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Managing office resources
- Supporting staff with administrative duties when required
- Answering queries by employees, clients and customers
- Preparing and formatting documents and reports
- Answering calls, assisting customers and booking appointments
- Adhoc duties in word and excel
**About You**
- Current drivers license
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
