**The Role**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to join our Brisbane-based Finance Team, located in **Underwood**.

As our Finance Administrator - Payouts & Sales Support, you’ll support both sales and finance functions by managing accurate payout calculations, processing settlements, and ensuring smooth financial operations from start to finish.

In this role, you’ll:

- Review new sale paperwork and calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Calculate and provide accurate upgrade and termination payout quotations for the sales team
- Process termination invoices and remittances, ensuring contracts are finalised correctly
- Support the sales team with finance-related queries and reporting to enable a smooth end-to-end deal process
- Maintain accurate billing and contract data across finance systems
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve queries and achieve team goals

**What We’re Looking For**

- Previous experience in finance administration, accounts, or sales support
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
