**Overview of the Team and role**
The People, Property and Security team is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of Comcare and enabling the organisation to respond effectively to current and future business needs, through strategic and effective frameworks, advice and processes. The team consists of the following sections: Work Health and Safety, Injury Management, Recruitment, HR Operations and Employee Relations, Workforce Strategy, Learning and Development, Property and Security, and HR Systems.
The Assistant Director Workforce Strategy will lead a team responsible for developing, implementing, reviewing and reporting against Comcare’s People Strategy and other related initiatives. The position is also responsible for Comcare’s strategic workforce planning and HR reporting activities. The position will contribute to continuous improvement and HR policy development and review.
**Desirable Qualifications/Experience**
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management or related qualification.
