**What are we looking for?**
- Managing administrative and reception functions
- General accounting administration, including coding invoices and raising PO’s
- Answering incoming calls, placing orders and redirecting calls
- Office coordination, and organisation of office equipment and supplies, including ordering stationery and stock management
- Project administration

Ideally, you will have a keen eye for detail, be highly organised, enthusiastic, and able to demonstrate:

- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in Simpro (or similar software) would be advantageous
- High attention to detail
- An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- A current drivers licence
