We are currently looking for a Business Manager to join NDIS provider business and take charge of their expansion initiatives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of care transportation and support services in collaboration with industry leaders and strategic partners.
Our client is a pioneering NDIS Provider and care transportation business that is rapidly advancing in the care service space and dedicated itself to Research and Development in pre-booked care services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and expansion objectives.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and establish Health Hubs.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the highest levels of service quality and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business management, preferably within the healthcare or service sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving organisational growth.
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Understanding of NDIS guidelines and regulations (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
