We have a particular domain focus into Cybersecurity, Cross Domain Solutions and Digital Transformation. As a member of our Digital Intelligence division, you’ll truly get to work on some of the most challenging cyber security problems in the world.**:
Key Role Descriptors:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead where you will play a pivotal role ensuring excellence at a senior level, across multiple Business Sectors including National Security, Defence and Government & Critical National Infrastructure. You will be accountable to the Head of Operations & Delivery for safety, security and technical assurance of Program Management, Consultancy and/or Service Delivery. Management. You will be required to provide leadership to a growing team - based on expertise in a given area and be able to provide solid Subject Matter Expertise across the portfolio.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

- Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Headlines key points, ensures participation, and drives the group to actions and decisions.
- Manages high-risk group dynamics, conflicts and concerns to promote win-win outcome
- Annual budget estimation and tracking
- Understanding of metrics supporting KPI’s and how to achieve targets
- Understanding of Sales/Commercial Management to achieve a positive result
- 10 + years relevant industry and leadership experience including managing dispersed teams
- Subject Matter Expert in Business Operations or related field

Clearance level NV2 or above
