CATO Location Services invites dedicated and dynamic Team Leaders / Supervisors to lead our Traffic Control crews across Queensland. As industry leaders in Traffic Management, Security, and Production Support, we partner with high-profile clients in government, construction, and film sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise traffic control teams to establish and maintain safe work zones, in compliance with Queensland Main Roads standards and relevant legislation.
- Oversee the setup, management, and removal of temporary traffic control schemes and signage.
- Conduct site safety checks, monitor traffic behavior, and proactively identify and report hazards or incidents.
- Mentor and train new crew members, fostering strong communication and a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure all team members wear and maintain correct personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures.
- Complete incident reporting and compliance documentation as required.
- Adapt to dynamic client requirements with flexibility regarding rosters, shifts, and locations.

**Requirements**:

- Valid QLD Traffic Controller Licence (TMI/TCR required)
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- QLD Driver’s Licence
- Minimum 1 year team leader experience in traffic control - teams of 5+
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Physical fitness, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
- Work Authorisation: Australia (required)
