**About the role**
- In our newly created Construction & Switching Manager role, your contributions will have a direct impact on our success. You will be responsible for directing and leading construction activities related distribution powerline projects, ensuring compliance to contractual agreements.

**Key responsibilities**
- Conduct HV & LV Switching to facilitate safe access to the network
- Development & submission of eNAR for planned works
- Managing Crew Leaders to uphold the highest standards of safety and performance
- Management of all delivery resources ensuring appropriate tooling, plant and material levels
- Provide technical guidance, advice and mentoring to field workers
- Achieve budgeted margin on projects
- Manage operation activities including scheduling, training

**About You**
- We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to safety, leadership, integrity and innovation. Your qualifications and experience should include:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the ESI in a management role such as Site Manager, Foreman, Supervisor, or Leading Hand
- Experience leading a team of Lineworkers, particularly in Live Line Glove & Barrier works
- Possess relevant trade qualifications either an Electrical Fitter Mechanic or Distribution Linesman/Jointer
- Switching Qualifications; UEPOPS116 Operate local H.V. switchgear & UEPOPS117 Operate local L.V. switchgear
- Drivers Licence
- Construction White Card
- Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental legislation, Codes of Practice, and Standards relevant to the Western Australia
- Ability to build a strong team and invest in their growth
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
