CrewSELECT requires Qualified Electricians. 

Switchroom Electricians 

Hours: hours per week (M-F 6.30am - 5pm, Sat 6.30am - 3pm)

Pay Rate: $ per hour flat rate 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, wire, and install electrical switch rooms.
  • Conduct testing, fault finding, and repair of electrical equipment.
  • Perform electrical terminations, cable glanding, and control wiring.
  • Read, interpret, and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Adhere to company and client safety procedures, including JHAs, permits, and risk assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with other trades, contractors, and project teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Current WA Electrical Licence and proven experience working within a switch room environment 
  • Strong knowledge of electrical standards, regulations, and safe work practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Proficiency in cable terminations, control wiring, and power distribution systems.
  • Experience in commissioning and testing of switchboards and LV systems.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Ideally own tools (Basic hand tools)
  • Own reliable transport to get to work
  • Great communication skills
  • Safety boots
  • Right to work in Australia (Working holiday accepted)
