The Role

We're looking for a Construction Worker with Traffic Control tickets (BWTM & TC) to join our team.

This is a hands-on role with real variety — not just holding a stop/slow bat. You'll work alongside our crews on civil construction projects, taking on both traffic management and general site duties.

You'll be involved in everything from setting up sites and assisting trades, to spotting plant, laying materials, and helping keep the site safe and productive.

We're after someone who's reliable, takes initiative, and is proud of doing a good day's work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage traffic control in accordance with your BWTM and TC tickets.
  • Assist with general civil construction tasks — site prep, labouring, spotting, cleanup, deliveries.
  • Work safely and follow all site procedures and instructions.
  • Support trades and operators to keep the site moving efficiently.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and site presentation.
About You

You'll be practical, switched-on, and keen to work hard as part of a good crew.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) and Traffic Controller (TC) ticket.
  • A White Card.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
  • Experience in civil or construction labouring (preferred but not essential).
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed.
  • A positive attitude — you take pride in your work and like being outdoors.
