**About the Role**

We are looking for a mature minded and motivated professional to take on the role of Practice Manager. The Practice Manager will be accountable for managing daily operations of the clinics, overseeing administration staff and maintaining compliance with all company and regulatory requirements. This position will also be responsible for coordinating the deep brain stimulation service.

The role of Practice Manager is a full time position. Some key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, efficient rostering/management of administration staff, ensuring full compliance with accreditation and practice requirements, managing billing and accounts, liaising with third party service providers, maintaining document control and record keeping procedures.

**To be successful, you will have the ability to demonstrate**:

- Previous experience in a Practice Manager role
- Certificate in Business Administration, Practice Management or equivalent
- Ability to manage staff and lead a team
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in maintaining compliance with accreditation/statutory requirements
- High level computer skills
- Flexible attitude to adapt to fast paced and changing environments

**Highly desirable but not essential**:

- Working knowledge of Genie software
- Current AAPM membership
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology
