**The client**
An Australian owned and operated company, our client established their business in 1951 and are Australia's oldest and most respected brand for custom jewellery manufacturing, gold bullion, fabricated metals, findings and wedding rings with sites in each state of Australia as well as Hong Kong and China.
Proudly a retail business who's point of different is their product. Dealing in gold bullion along with other previous metals and gems, our client is a prestige brand selling to not only general public buyers and investors, they also offer B2B sales as well.
**The role**
Our client is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager for their Perth CBD location, who will not just 'manage' your team of 3 but instead 'Lead' from the front delivering those 'WOW' moments for your clients and business partners.
With an impressive salary package on offer, no Saturday trade, a brand new team to lead, highly supportive and friendly team of peers to work with as well as management who are highly invested the success of you and your team this role is an opportunity that does not come along every day.
**To be successful in this role you will have the following experience and personal attributes**:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in managing a retail team, with preference for experience with a luxury brand.
- Proven strong leadership skills that enable to you coach, develop and motivate your team
- You will have exceptional presentation as well as the polished communication style and customer service skills you expect when entering a premise of this prestige
- You will be agile and strong attention to detail as well as confidentiality
- Be highly motivated - An 'action taker' who is passionate about taking this business, its customers, you and your team to the next level
- While non-restricted visa holders will be considered, you must have recent and proven experience in the Australian retail market
- Be able to undertake a successful Police Check
- You must have your own transport for travel to client sites and be able to travel interstate, on occasion, for meetings and training
