**Global Mobility Coordinator**

**About the role**

You will **support medical teams** around Australia to **on board and manage migration for doctors and nurses**.

**Tasks will include**:

- Preparing employment contracts and contract variations
- Working with hospitals to prepare documentation to support sponsorship lodgement
- Working with an external migration agent to facilitate sponsorship and visa lodgement

**About you**
- Great team player
- You enjoy helping people and you deliver great client service
- Able to problem-solve
- Strong attention to detail - your documentation is precise and correct
- You are comfortable to multi-task and work to tight deadlines

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Experience in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition and/or Global Mobility
- Experience in sponsorship and visa administration
- Systems savvy - you are good at accurate data entry
- Experience working in healthcare (desirable)

People in our team choose to work from our Greenslopes office or from home. If you work from home, you will need:

- a home office space that meets Ramsay’s health and safety standards, and,
- suitable office equipment.

Generally home-based people work in our Greenslopes office two days a week - but we are flexible
