**Job description**:
FinXL IT is currently seeking a talented National Design Coordinator to join our team at a major telecommunications company.

**Role Overview**:
As a National Design Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating **mobile tower design projects**. Your expertise will ensure that all designs meet industry standards and client requirements. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate mobile tower design projects and oversee the SAED functions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement design strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to design teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Design Coordinator **in mobile tower design projects**.
- Background in Senior Design roles with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
- Engineering degree in Civil and/or Electrical Engineering is desirable.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
