Join us as a National Account Executive, where you’ll partner closely with our Senior National Account Manager to grow sales, drive customer relationships, and deliver flawless execution across Coty’s General Pharmacy channel.
**In this role, you will own your portfolio end to end and**:
Drive and maximise and manage your own categories, optimising sales and revenue opportunities.
Build strong partnerships with our pharmacy customers to deliver strategic promotions and new product launches.
Analyse sales performance and category trends to uncover growth opportunities
Support financial and stock forecasting, ensuring trade investments hit the mark.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Category, Supply and Field teams to deliver a cohesive go-to-market approach.
Coordinate promotional materials, catalogue submissions and merchandising plans.
Respond to account queries, manage orders, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
**WHAT YOU BRING**:
You’re a confident, driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance strategic thinking with commercial execution. You’ll have a proven ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders, and a track record of delivering results through insight, collaboration, and hustle.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A collaborative approach and confidence working both independently and in a team.
Experience identifying sales trends and turning data into strategy.
A commercial mindset with a clear understanding of the drivers behind successful retail partnerships.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, or a related field (preferred), with previous administrative experience.
Strong analytical & numeric skills with Circana/Nielsen knowledge a plus
Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel skills at an intermediate to high level.
Strong FMCG background and pharmacy channel experience is highly regarded
