I have made the quick progression from starting out only April this year to becoming a lead agent at Ray White’s number one Gold Coast office, and I’m looking for a motivated individual to work directly alongside me as I build a successful team. The right person will be hands-on with buyers and potential sellers. They will play a key role in managing the day-to-day aspects of client relationships, property viewings, and prospecting. This is an opportunity to grow alongside me as we take the team to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:
Daily prospecting activities include making phone calls, dropping flyers and just having as many conversations with people as possible really. For every seller you find that ends up listing and selling with me or one of my colleagues, you will be rewarded with a cut of the commission.

There are a number of ways to make bonuses in this role. I will discuss them all with you.

I am looking for someone who is interested in becoming great at what they do. Someone with a genuine passion for doing good and performing at a high level. We will grow together.

I’m not really concerned if you have or haven’t been in the industry before. You must have the ability to communicate with people, have some discipline and most importantly a lot of dedication to your craft.

*A real estate licence/certificate of registration must be obtained prior to working.*

Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Licence/Certification:

- QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (preferred)
- Real Estate License (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
