At KBS Sportswear & Apparel, we’re a growing, family-operated brand on the Gold Coast with a passion for quality sportswear and a lively, supportive work environment. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Full-Time Admin Sales Manager who’s ready to drive sales, support our growth, and keep our operations running smoothly from day one.
About the Role:
In this Monday to Friday 38 hour per week position, you’ll be instrumental in managing our sales process, overseeing administrative functions, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. With prior experience in admin and the sportswear industry, you’ll be ready to contribute immediately. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading customer service initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and managing enquiries professionally
- Overseeing order processing, coordinating deliveries, and managing timelines to meet client expectations
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and managing inventory effectively
- Supporting sales efforts, identifying opportunities to boost revenue, and managing client relationships
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure artwork is accurate and all details are in order before production begins
Must Have Experience and Skills:
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the sportswear industry, with an understanding of order cycles, client needs, and product specifics
- Administrative Expertise: Strong background in administrative work, including inventory management, order processing, and client correspondence
- Artwork and Production Oversight: Familiarity with artwork review processes in a production environment, with an eye for detail to catch any discrepancies
- Sales and Customer Service: A proven track record in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organisational skills, essential for managing stock, orders, and artwork details
- Proactive and Self-Directed: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative without needing extensive supervision
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with relevant software tools (e.g., inventory management, CRM systems, Excel, and design preview software) to streamline operations and stay organised

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
