This is a unique opportunity to be part of this highly successful and fast-growing group. On the back of years of continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Associate to join their Qld business based in Upper Coomera in this newly created role.

**The Role**
***
This is a key role in the expansion of the Queensland office, bringing a unique mix of _Client_ engagement and provision of expert legal advice. The role provides end to end file/case management from commencement through litigation to completion.

Key duties will include:

- Providing the legal advice and representation our clients need and deserve to obtain the best possible compensation outcome.
- Progressing and resolving personal injury files across motor vehicle accidents, public liability and workplace injuries.
- Effectively assessing claims, including liability and quantum.
- Cultivating strong relationships with our clients through exceptional communication and clear management of expectations.
- Maintaining and building new _client_ relationships for the practice

**About You**
***
Ideally with over 5 years' PQE managing compensable injury claims and litigation, you will have experience leading change, with a strong desire to be an integral member of a strong and cohesive team who deliver successful outcomes for their clients**.***

Additionally, you will bring:

- The ability to maintain trusted and productive relationships across the firm
- Previous experience in Business Development and a natural ability to build strong _client_ relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- Practical and _client_ focused problem solving and research skills
- Ability to manage _client_ expectations and run matters autonomously

You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to keep up to date with changes in the market to ensure the firm can capitalise on new opportunities and continues to grow and prosper.
