**Your responsibilities in your new position**:

- **Assist**: In the management and coordination of project activities
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Undergo effective stakeholder engagement and management
- ** Risk Management**:Support and conduct schedule and risk management
- ** Development**: Of project plans and procedures ensuring clear audit trails of critical documentation
- ** Managing**:Assist in and facilitate the response of enquiries and coordinate the shared mailbox & coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes
