**Job Overview**

We’re seeking a proactive and energetic General Manager Assistant to support our CEO in building our Melbourne operations. This role is ideal for someone **early in their career**who thrives in a dynamic startup environment.

As a **key team member**, you’ll work closely with the CEO, tackle diverse tasks, and help shape our future as we grow.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with the CEO on brand projects, business partnerships, and follow-ups.
- Manage daily operations, including team building and establishing company SOPs.
- Assist with projects such as EV Car Community outreach, short video production, and operational planning.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, assist with distributor phone calls, and maintain relationships.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Melbourne resident with a strong understanding of the local business landscape.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or project support.
- Valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to drive for work (e.g., site visits).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a startup setting.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in fitness, gyms, or sports products (relevant to an upcoming project).
- Background in startups or small teams.
- Local business connections in Melbourne.

**Work Schedule**
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term, Subcontract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $23.23 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
