Your RoleAs a Field Service Technician in Queensland, you are the frontline ambassador of Technogym’s commitment to excellence. You ensure our customers receive outstanding technical support and a seamless experience with our products.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Carrying out preventative maintenance, service and repairs
Troubleshooting and diagnosing possible equipment faults, performing tests and finding solutions
Educating customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
Properly managing work orders and service reports
Communicating effectively with customers and escalate problems when necessaryYour Impact- Achieve high first-time fix rates and meet key field performance metrics.
- Ensure timely, professional service that enhances customer loyalty.
- Contribute to the evolution of Technogym’s service standards through proactive insights.
About You- 3-5 years of experience in a similar technical service role.Mechanical & electronic engineering skills as well as knowledge of IT networking
Hands-on repair experience in similar role in electro-mechanical discipline
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and great time management skills
Comfortable working under pressure and meet productivity goals and targets
Excellent driving history, must hold a current Driver's License
