BESIX Watpac have an exciting opportunity for a Services Coordinator to plan and coordinate services consultants and trades for a new project located in Maroochydore.

This role will be responsible for:

- Participate in the design, coordination, installation and commissioning of building services on the project.
- Work closely with the Design and Services Managers to ensure all documentation meets required specifications, cost budgets, and construction programme timelines.
- Progressively monitor the production of workshop drawings and as built documents.
- Monitor the progress and quality of work as it proceeds, reporting any concerns to the Project Manager.
- Participate in the final handover of the building including the commissioning and submission of the final documentation.

**Qualifications**:
The incumbent in this role will require:

- Adequate knowledge of building services through relevant engineering or trade qualification together with solid industry experience.
- Demonstrated industry experience and exposure to large building projects.
- Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the external and internal business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a project team.
