- Laverty Pathology is a part of Healius Ltd., an ASX listed business and one of Australia's leading healthcare companies & provider of private medical laboratory and pathology services.- Healius has an expansive network of over 100 medical laboratories and 2000 patient collection centres operating across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia.- We provide 1 in every 3 pathology services in Australia, extending from exclusively servicing some of Australia’s largest and most complex private and public hospitals, to small Indigenous Australian communities.**The role of Pathology Collections Business Partner**:

- As Pathology Collections Business Partner, you will use your advanced expertise and in-depth understanding of Phlebotomy combined with your operational and commercial acumen to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of Laverty’s Pathology Collection service.- Overseeing 700 Laverty Pathology sites in Australia, you will be using your analytical and strategic approach to develop, implement and maintain the collections training, as well as lead the rostering and onboarding functions, providing continuous process measurement and operational improvements.- Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a core part of the leadership team, including working closely with two Business Managers and managing 3 direct reports - Collections Training Lead, Collections Support Lead and Onboarding Officer.**Your role will also include**:

- Using data and insights to problem-solve and drive strategic decisions
- Ensuring systems, policies & procedures are in place to deliver and demonstrate customer service excellence
- Providing Executive level reporting each month on business functions
- Managing accreditation compliances, requirements and guidelines
- Consulting, empowering and guiding teams to cohesiveness and operational success

**About You**- You will have a combination of senior leadership experience and a strong ability to project manage.- Welcoming fresh ideas and innovation, you embrace change & progress and are able to use data to identify opportunities for operational improvements across a large remit.- You have strong stakeholder management skills, and are adept at consulting, advising and guiding others to drive cohesive and operational efficiency.**Desirable Requirements Include**:

- A minimum of 10 years of Pathology Collection experience
- Experience as a Collector Trainer (or a strong understanding)
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Management Systems
- Current Drivers Licence
