- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Ensuring that all dining facilities comply with health regulations, cleanliness standards, and present a welcoming appearance.
- Regularly conferring with customers to gauge their satisfaction with meals and service and using this feedback to implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Selecting, training, and supervising both waitstaff and bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Roster and plan weekly team schedules to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Overseeing reservations, warmly greeting guests, and assisting in taking orders when necessary.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
