We are seeking an experienced Cafe manager to join our team. We are a cafe based in Glen Waverley.

At least 2 years of experience as a Cafe / Restaurant Manager.

Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and a passion for the coffee culture.

High-standard barista skills on a commercial machine.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management, training and development, and performance management.

Managing the department's operational budget, financials, purchasing, pricing of goods, and maintaining stock level records.

Develop and implement strategies to improve service, drive sales, and increase profitability.

Ensuring all cash-outs are completed correctly at the end of the day.

Implement and maintain hygiene and safety protocols in line with regulations.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the menu.

Should be friendly & approachable & have a good customer attitude.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
