**About the Role**

We're seeking a receptionist who can take initiative, lead by example, and bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction. This is more than just a front desk role — you are the heartbeat of the client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and support clients in a warm, professional manner
- Manage bookings and the clinic diary using Nookal
- Process payments, Medicare, and private health claims
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and team
- Support smooth day-to-day operations

- Allied health reception experience is a plus (not required)
