The For Purpose Alliance (FPA) is seeking two exceptional individuals to take on the role of FPA Chair in Sydney and Brisbane. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership and coaching role that supports some of the most purposeful and influential leaders in Australia’s social sector.
As an FPA Chair, you will:
- Lead a Leadership Hub of 12-15 senior social sector executives
- Facilitate monthly in-person Hub Days using FPA’s structured tools and frameworks
- Coach & mentor through quarterly 1-on-1 sessions that deepen capability and confidence
- Build a dynamic, values-led peer network and foster deep collaboration
We’re looking for values-aligned leaders who are:
- 10+ years in a senior executive role (CEO/Executive level) in the for-purpose or non-profit sector
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, governance, mentoring, and coaching. Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders from diverse areas of the sector.
- Well networked and highly regarded within the For Purpose sector.
Start: July 2025 (with training provided prior to commencement)
