With our newest venture, Hub Martin Place, fast approaching we are seeking an exceptional Hospitality Lead to join our team to curate a seamless, truly remarkable customer experiences across all of our Sydney based venues.
**What your day to day will look like (but not limited to)**:
As our floating Hospitality Lead, you will be a key player within our Sydney based hospitality team, lending a helpful hand across multiple CBD based venues. This role will see you building fulfilling professional relationships with not only our tight knit hospitality team, but our community of amazing members.
**_Cafe Operations:_**
- Ensuring we go above and beyond for every guest; always look for opportunities to surprise and delight, create loyal customers.
- Leading and motivating the hospitality team.
- Making memorably perfect coffees and beverages that'll almost guarantee return customers.
- Overseeing stock levels, collaborating with the clubhouse based hospitality lead to order when required.

**_First Class Meetings + Events:_**
- Taking ownership of our stunning meeting and events facilities. This includes ensuring that rooms are appropriately set up, packed down and reset; a perfected cycle that’ll guarantee our spaces are ready to impress.
- Facilitating seamless event experiences. You’ll go above and beyond whilst liaising with the primary contacts prior to the event, obtaining confidence that everything is prepared prior to the event day.
- You’ll work collaboratively with the cafe team, assisting with event catering and beverages. Checking in with guests regularly, you’ll ensure access to refreshments are readily available.
- Your natural flare for teamwork, alongside our service standards and procedures, will make achieving and exceeding wider hospitality targets a walk in the park
- You’ve obtained at least 2 years of supervisor level experience within a fast paced cafe environment.
- A passion and clear understanding of our meetings and events offerings, processes and standards.
- You genuinely enjoy managing client relationships and strive to infuse warmth into every interaction. Your interpersonal skills shine bright in every conversation.
- The ability to maintain your poise in a fast-paced environment is a must. You can handle pressure with grace and continue to deliver gold standard service.
- Your polished written and verbal communication skills ensure clarity and effective interactions.
- Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail are crucial.
