**Role Summary**:
The Product Manager role is an exciting opportunity in our Products and Services Team based at our Perth Forrest Centre site.

Within this role the Product Manager will engage within and represent the Customer Business Unit in internal and external product discussions. The role will support the Product Delivery Lead in the development and execution of the product strategy, capturing both existing products and pricing whilst developing new products and services that meet Synergy’s broader strategy.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Manage all aspects of product delivery including P/L accountability, go-to-market strategy, product performance and internal training.
- Manage and drive benefits and objective realization across Products and Services as a business product SME with engagement across the Customer BU and other BUs.
- Thorough understanding of product performance (financial, customer, operations etc) and ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders critical for product delivery.
- Analyse customer and market research to optimise existing products and identify new product development opportunities.
- Oversee and contribute to the delivery of product campaigns and communication strategies.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in developing, executing, and maintaining products and services
- At least 3 years of Product management or marketing experience.
- Strong energy industry knowledge.
- Working experience in WA Energy, New energy, or Utility industries.
- Effective stakeholders and partner management
