**Product Manager**

**VGW is a fast-growing technology company and creator of market-leading online social games. With offices across Australia, USA, Canada, Malta and the Philippines we are on a mission to** be the biggest gaming company in the world**

**Due to major growth we are expanding our Operations team in Perth and currently looking for a Product Manager to join the team.**

You will focus on VGW's Responsible Social Gameplay (RSG) strategy, creating and delivering a technology roadmap to enable enhanced end-to-end case lifecycle management, proactive detection of high-risk player behaviour and group-wide coordination of player tools and systems.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver critical systems, tools and processes that ensure VGW's RSG initiatives are highly effective, consistent and proactive
- Leading and enabling the team in product planning, customer discovery, product discovery and product development processes and driving the team's ability to execute consistently, rapidly, and effectively
- Being an expert on the products you deliver and effectively training new users on how to use the products successfully
- Working collaboratively across the business to ensure group-wide consistency of systems, tools and processes implemented

**What you will bring to the role**:

- You have proven experience in a product or delivery role solving complex business problems using iterative techniques
- You have successfully implemented operational systems, tools and processes that directly impact or touch multiple functions and stakeholders across a business
- You are excellent at stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships while managing conflicting requirements and competing priorities
- You are excellent at problem-solving and you love the challenge of solving problems that are particularly difficult and not well defined
- You have experience working with operational teams and stakeholders in risk domains including Compliance, Legal, RSG and Anti-fraud (preferred)
