THE ROLE

Leads Life Cycle Services (LCS) sales cases including complex multi-Business Lines (BLs) service solution offering
Ensures value co-creation is effectively done with the customer and BL’s
Regularly visit customer sites to engage and identify valuable support offerings through LCS
Tailor’s new offerings based on customer needs, ensure proper documentation and sharing good practices between Market Areas to various BL’s/ISS
Ensures timely progress and proactive follow-up of the sales case from lead to proposal, negotiations, and closure
Constantly seeks new ways to sell and develop alternate business models
Ensures the requirements of the different BL’s are considered and total package is of compelling value
Ensures plans are implemented for LCS during capex sales and project delivery phase
Ensures compliance with sales process, proposal and risk management procedures
Ensures Metso Outotec commercial and contractual guidelines followed
Coaches and trains front-line sales in Life Cycle Services (LCS) offerings
Understands the market trends and customer needs, actively screens, and develops service solution prospects

ABOUT YOU

Engineering degree or technical trade qualification with 10+ years in the relevant field. Any period less requires proven high performance track record.
Demonstrate track record of strong commercial acumen
Customer orientated including high level communication and customer service skills
Ability to travel as required.
Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines with limited resources
Good knowledge in MS suite of products
Strong team player
Ability to read, interpret & use engineering drawings and specs
