Reporting directly to the senior executive, you will own the end-to-end operations for Programmed People Solutions, the MSP/RPO business segment for Programmed. With a client base the envy of the industry, this role has the potential to elevate your standing in the sector to new heights. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include: - Working with the senior executive on future business strategy and planning - Leading strategic sales discussions or pitches with clients - Managing a small established team supporting existing customers - Imbedding appropriate support functions and processes that support growth objectives - Keeping abreast of sector trends or technology advancements - Be instrumental in the development of our enterprise Vendor Management System This role will ideally suit an individual with fundamental experience across all aspects of MSP or RPO programs - from understanding client pain points, solutions, operations, implementation and program management. You may have led programs, sales functions or operational aspects previously, with your next logical career move being a "step up" to lead an MSP/RPO business end-to-end.
