The Opportunity CPP are moving into a major delivery period with projects moving into the construction phase and we are looking for skilled and talented people to join our growing Queensland team. The Civil Supervisor (QLD) is responsible for the successful completion and delivery of civil site works, managing onsite workers, personnel and contractors, and the day-to-day aspects of onsite civil works construction. As a key part of our construction team, you will work with the Site Manager and construction team to provide excellence in civil engineering / construction works, ensure a safe workplace, a positive working environment, and a high level of staff morale. **Skills and Experiences**: About You **To be successful in this role, you will possess**: Certificate III in IV in Civil Construction (essential), or tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering will be highly regarded **Experience in Civil Construction, including**: Bulk Earthworks Concrete - large part of our works Drainage Roads Fencing Pier and Slab Foundations Conduit and Pit Installation Utilities 2 - 5 years supervising civil works associated with High Voltage construction projects. Site supervision of projects in value > $1m; General knowledge of the High Voltage infrastructure industry, including Design, procurement, construction and commissioning knowledge; Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate staff across all levels Demonstrated knowledge of WHSE; Previous experience, working in brownfield environments for Queensland power utilities is also highly desirable Why Join Us?
