Our client, a leading Real Estate Agent in Bendigo, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Administrator to join their Front of House team. If you are a hard-working ‘people person’ and have a strong eye for detail, this is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in an ever-growing industry.

**About the Role**:

- Responding to rental and sales enquiries and directing complex requests to relevant team members.
- Managing keys coming in and out of the office.
- Ensuring the office facilities are maintained and welcoming for the team and clients.
- Preparation of brochure and other marketing material.
- Ad hoc administration and support duties as required.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- A desire to upskill and learn.
- Excellent computer skills, and the ability to pick up new software programs quickly.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and a varied workload.

- Ability to empathise and form relationships with emotional clients.
- Willingness to learn and help in other areas of the business.
