Warehouse Manager

Due to growth and expansion of our business, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong team management, problem-solving skills & great communication to be based at our brand new warehouse in Kemps Creek.

This role will see you lead by example, overseeing a team of Warehouse Operations with the help from our Warehouse Team Leader.

**Requirements for Success**
- Overseeing Logistics Warehouse Cost Control (Warehouse) Operations
- Supervising all daily activities of a Fulfillment Centre to maximize efficiency and minimize staff overtime
- Creating and Managing Warehouse Staff Rosters for optimal workforce allocation
- Analyzing logistics data to enhance productivity and mitigate losses
- Implementing operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows
- Managing inventory control, quality assurance, productivity, and logistics processes
- Implementing and overseeing security operations to safeguard warehouse assets
- Prioritizing the safety and well-being of warehouse staff
- Motivating and implementing disciplinary actions as necessary for staff performance
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation and accurate records of warehouse activities
- Assisting with deliveries as needed to support operational demands
- Managing ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from the Operations group
- Reporting and controlling costs associated with project implementations
- Fulfilling audit requirements to ensure compliance and transparency in operations

- Proficiency in both independent work and collaboration within team settings, demonstrating adaptability to diverse work environments and contributing effectively to collective goals
- Demonstrated history of working in analytical roles, showcasing the capability to interpret and leverage data for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Proven track record of customer service excellence and adeptness in fostering strong relationships with clients, emphasizing responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in time management, organization, and administration, adept at prioritizing tasks, optimizing workflows, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet objectives.
- Skilled in computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office suite, adept at leveraging software tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Familiarity with SAP and BW systems, possessing the knowledge and capability to navigate and utilize these platforms for data management and analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written forms, enabling effective conveyance of ideas, instructions, and information across various stakeholders and platforms
