TTI is currently seeking a Warehouse Leading Hand to join our team in 1 Giba Drive, Kemps Creek NSW 2178. Reporting to the Team Leader, your key duties will include:
**Role Summary**

You will be responsible for overseeing inventory management and ensuring accurate stock control within the warehouse. This role requires experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational leadership to optimise efficiency. Additionally, the position requires a current LF (Forklift) and LO (Order Picker) license to support material handling and stock movements.

**What your day-to-day involves**
- Ensure accurate tracking, receiving, storage, and dispatch of inventory using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including stock movement, order picking, and dispatch.
- Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations and company policies.
- Operate LF and LO equipment safely and efficiently to transport stock within the warehouse.
- Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes, enhance productivity, and reduce errors.

**What you will need to do this role**
- Previous experience in inventory management and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- LF (Forklift) and LO (Order Picker) licenses
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment
