**What you will do**
- Provide full cycle recruiting services which will include: supporting strategy session discussions
- Champion the recruitment process and provide hiring managers direction and consultation on
- recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparison
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies
- dedicated functional area
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and SeekOut to build talent pipelines

**What experience you need**
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment for roles in both corporate and agency settings
- 3+ years experience building robust talent pools and pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or other strategic sourcing/recruiting outlets

**What could set you apart**
- Experience in Tech, Sales, or Marketing recruiting is highly preferred
- Experience in a Corporate environment is highly preferred
- Workday or other ATS experience is preferred
- Proven experience negotiating compensation packages effectively
