**Role**:
Overseeing the ANZ operations for this omni-channel retailer, the role is responsible for the management and execution of all logistics related functions, including the rollout of a new NZ based DC. Reporting into the Head of Supply, you will lead a logistics coordinator in managing relationships with key logistics partners.

**Key Objectives**:

- Actively support in all tender requirements, contracts and negotiations across all 3PLs
- Contribute towards logistics strategic planning activities to achieve organisational objectives
- Integration and relocations of logistics operations when required
- Drive innovation and changes in last mile fulfilment.
- Forecasting and implementing budgets
- Validate and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding all physical flows
- Monitor risk management to minimise project risks
- Ensure compliance of internal and external audits

**You**:

- High attention to detail and an analytical mindset with an aptitude for data analysis.
- Ideally have expertise in contract negotiations
- 10+ years of experience in Logistics, ideally in retail including e-commerce and/or FMCG
- SAP experience required
- Preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain
- Proactive and process oriented with a clear thought process.
