**3PL Manager ANZ**:
Our team in **Melbourne** currently has an opening for a **3PL Manager ANZ**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager ANZ, you will be responsible for managing the Company’s 3PL providers across Australia and New Zealand maintaining effective inbound delivery, and outsourced distribution and establishing the strategic direction of Warehousing & Logistics including undertaking:

- Project analysis
- Regulatory, commercial, and financial assessments
- Productivity improvement analysis and execution
- Development in areas such as technology use, bulk material handling, mixing, and blending, specialised logistics management
- Oversee 3PL relationships including contract accountability,
- Manage the development of Warehousing & Logistics processes to ensure optimal commercial excellence
- Ensure all Brenntag warehousing, clearance and logistics parties are aware of and can meet Brenntag’s Operational and QSHE standards
- Own and manage all relevant processes to ensure effective warehouse distribution management - improve all relevant operating processes, adhere to standard requirements, and evaluate cost efficient operating tools
- Optimise order cycle and flow of product, meet demand plans and be the primary interface between Brenntag and 3PL for day to day and tactical planning
- Partner with Customer Service to develop collaborative customer centric solutions that optimise order execute and logistics activities
- Review and analyse any alternate providers to ensure optimal market pricing is achieved and compliance to all company and legal standards can be met
- Ensure all business activities are conducted according to the work instructions specified in the Integrated Management Systems
- Maintain and improve operations and processes within the team.
- Working closely with the AdBlue logistics team, assist in optimising and streamlining the distribution process, introduction of new customers, runs, suppliers and processes in the AdBlue distribution network

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 5+ years’ experience in management of Warehouse & Logistics related fields
- Working knowledge/experience in distribution and/or logistics / freight forwarding essential
- Must have a best practice continuous improvement and customer excellence mindset
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with demonstrated strategic agility
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence, manage and develop teams
- Ability to manage complexity and change in a dynamic environment
- Highly developed interpersonal skills - active listener and outstanding communicator
- A strong work ethic, flexible in approach and supportive of others
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills across all levels of the Organisation
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships; build credibility and trust with internal stakeholders and customers
- Track record of driving and implementing processes and procedures aligned with business objectives
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Knowledge of reputable ERP systems including in-depth understanding of purchasing order, planning, logistics and warehousing system
- Working knowledge and experience in the chemical industry an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with intermediate to advanced Excel
