Infrastructure People are partnering with an Australian owned company that specialise in quarry operations, resource recycling and transport and logistics with operations running across NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD.
This company, that has been established for over 55 years, is going through a phase of expansion and are currently in the market for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their NSW team in South West Sydney.

**Your responsibilities may include**:
- Meeting and greeting customers and visitors
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and staff
- Generating invoices
- Processing Invoices and Purchase Orders
- Data entry and cross-checking of information
- Reconciling data in spreadsheets
- Scanning and filing
- General administrative tasks as required
- Mail collection and distribution
- Banking
- Ordering and replenishing office supplies and amenities
- Providing support to managers
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- A professional and corporate presentation
- Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office primarily Word, Excel and Outlook
- A friendly and outgoing with a willingness to learn
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task
- A proactive nature to seek opportunities to assist others
- The ability to work autonomously and with mínimal supervision
- Relevant office administration qualifications would be highly regarded
