This is an Accounts Receivable Clerk position within an Australian Owned FMCG organization. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be part of the Finance and Business Support function of the organisation providing financial, administrative and clerical services to its operation. Located in Prestons, NSW.

**The Role**:
As an integral member of the Finance Team, you will process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts. You will be responsible for:

- Liaising with key suppliers to collect debts and reporting of activities according to specific deadlines.
- Account reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Monitoring of customer account details for non and delayed payments.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Process adjustments and issue of credit notes.
- Generate age analysis reports and review AR aging to ensure compliance.
- Maintain debtor insurance and compliance
- Assist with month-end closing

**You will need**:

- Accounts receivable experience.
- Knowledge of office administration and general book keeping processes.
- Data entry skills with a solid understanding of numbers.
- 2 - 3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience.
- Experience using an ERP system. MYOB Exo Business an advantage.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and foster relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Thrive in a high volume, FMCG industry environment
- Accuracy - There is a constant need for all data to be robust, thorough, on time and most importantly accurate.
- Must have fulltime Australian Working Rights
