About the Role - Receptionists

We are seeking two exceptional receptionists to join our team on a full-time and casual basis. Our operating hours are Monday and Tuesday 8am to 10pm, Wednesday to Friday from 8am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday and Public Holidays from 9am to 5pm.

  • Provide a warm welcome and assist patients with their enquiries and appointments
  • Handle telephone enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Process patient payments accurately via cash and EFTPOS
  • Ensure the secure and efficient storage and retrieval of patient and practice records
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient personal and financial information at all times
  • Keep the reception area and clinic rooms clean and organized

Requirements

  • Previous medical reception experience is highly valued
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with PDF skills being a significant advantage
  • Outstanding customer service and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, leaving personal issues outside the workplace
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and behaviour
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathy towards patients
  • Strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and the ability to meet performance targets
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Availability to commence work as soon as possible
