**The opportunity to join our team**
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Adviser Support Administrator**to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring the swift investigation and resolution of complaints and escalations from advisers and licensees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external advisers and licensees.
- Perform administrative processes accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Follow up on all requests, keeping customers updated and ensuring completion.
- Conduct regular quality and accuracy checks of your own work.
- Provide clear, accurate information that aligns with internal business rules.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
- Actively contribute to team goals and provide outstanding customer service.
- Share knowledge and insights to support team learning and performance.

**What you will bring**:

- Previous experience in the finance industry will be highly regarded, specifically knowledge of Adviser and Licensee requirements.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
