The Project Administrator role sits within the Road Asset Maintenance Contract. This is a full-time permanent role based in Stapylton.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Reporting and supporting to the Contract Administrator.
- Processing all subcontract claims, variations, progress payments and correspondences and any other related issues to the subcontractors’ administration.
- Issuance of purchase orders, administration of payment processes and any other related issues to vendors’ administration.
- Supporting the team in all aspects of commercial practices including compliance, contract administration, claims, variation, reporting and financial processes at subcontract and vendor viewpoint.
- To provide administrative support to the project operation team including SHEQ team, and work collaboratively to achieve successful delivery of projects within the programme and on budget.
- Other administrative tasks require from time to time.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management/Quantity Surveying/Engineering or business discipline is preferable.
- Preferable with 1 to 3 years’ experience in project administration, finance, or equivalent-type role. However, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Good time management or organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
