**About the Delivery Team**

The Ventia Qld Transport South Coast (QTSC) team are responsible for managing and maintaining key client Road and Transport assets across Queensland’s South Coast region. They provide asset management, routine and programmed maintenance, design and construction services to a number of clients in the Southeast corner. The QTSC team has long term contracts in place, allowing them to invest in the delivery of well-considered, quality services to their clients through our relationship-based contracts. The team approaches their work professionally, maintaining a buoyant team culture and a work life balance envied by many in infrastructure construction environments.

**About the Role**

Based in **Staplyton** working within a professional team in the Finance & Transport Division, you will hit the ground running with a focus on the processing of subcontractor claims, so your experience in SAP/ARIBA in the Contract Administration space would be highly regarded. There will be a thorough hand over and training process as you will be joining the business during a very busy peak time.

The position of Project Administrator will be within a team but will be an autonomous role that you will own. You will need to be professional, confident, friendly and able to work independently, under deadlines, and be willing to do other tasks as required within the team.

General duties will include but not be limited to:

- Subcontractor Claims
- Review and reconciliation of subcontractor dockets and associated claims
- Accurate cost allocation of dockets
- Review of work package claims (with project engineers)
- Variation registration and processing
- Creation and issue of payment certificates in line with Security of Payment Act timeframes
- Claim processing in SAP
- Facilitation of payment in line with Security of Payment Act
- Ensure approvals are in line with Ventia’s Delegation of Authority
- Month end accrual compilation and journal entry
- Month end & statement reconciliation
- Subcontractor queries
- Review of open receipts & open PO reports

**About you**
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role highly essential.
- Contracts Administration experience is highly advantageous.
- You experience with ARIBA/SAP is highly desirable, but not essential.
