We operate across multiple locations throughout New South Wales and Queensland. **Our Values** We are passionate about living our values and ensure that these are considered when making decisions and providing service. **Our values are Teamwork | Service | Safety | Respect.** **The Role**: **What we need**: - Running Events - CRM Data Entry and Management - Report writing and analysis - Google AdWords Management - Social Media Management - Writing content including case studies, press releases and newsletters **Skills & Experience**: - Marketing or related degree (can be completed or nearing completion) - Able to demonstrate some level of practical experience in marketing such as part time, full time, work placement, volunteer or intern experience including some or all of the following - Events management experience including trade shows and displays - Social media management experience with LinkedIn and Facebook - Google Ads/SEM Experience is an advantage - CRM administration - experience with HubSpot marketing and sales hubs is desirable - Experience marketing to local government, utilities, civil and infrastructure organisations is an advantage - Experience with design software like Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite - Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders including agencies, designers, developers, and other contractors - Internal communications experience is desirable but not essential - Customer service or sales experience is desirable. - Experience with Ai platforms is a plus **Culture & Benefits**: - Full time position - Great, friendly team environment - All PPE and uniforms supplied - Learning culture to continually build capability in our teams - Opportunity to travel interstate, and between Service Centres We are a growing company that is dedicated to a positive, energetic, and safe work environment. **How to be a part of our Team**: All successful applicants will be required to participate in a Pre - Employment Fitness for Work Assessment which includes a urinalysis Drug & Alcohol test. **How to Join our Team**: PMA encourages and fosters an interactive, safe, and friendly working environment.
