The role
We're seeking a passionate and results driven project lead to take the helm and bring our career expo to life in an unforgettable way You will be a highly skilled individual who will hit the ground running to positivily impact Queensland Health as an employer of choice. You will have the opportunity to showcare your creative, strategic thinking and leadership skills to implement the Queensland Health Careers Expo initiative.
From conceptualization to execution you'll be responsible for every aspect for the event, ensuring engaging information and a true freflection of our company culture is represented.
There will be a requirement to travel intra-state for the Expos, to ensure smooth delivery.
The successful person

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have previous experiencing establishing and delivering careers fairs (or similar expos) from a greenfield state.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating change in business processes and operations.
- High level interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish and maintain high-level relationships across Queensland Health, as well as managing vendors across the state.
- Be action orientated and demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines.
