My client is a leading agriculture business committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in the agricultural industry. With a strong focus on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and productivity, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Administration Lead to join our growing team.

Your Position:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the project team.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Prepare and present project reports to management.

Your Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry is a plus.
