As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivery of Talent Acquisition strategy for the assigned business group. The role will be part of the Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team. You will play a meaningful role in nurturing and selecting top talents to drive the growth of our business.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as a talent advisor, working closely with functional business leaders to drive workforce plans
- Understands talent landscape and leverage talent, competitor and location intelligence to drive data driven decisions that will impact hiring needs
- Identify strong sourcing and social channels and gain in depth understanding of key messaging to resonate with talent pools
- Design, facilitate and drive robust assessment
- Partner with Talent Branding to build strong sourcing and social channels, develop marketing campaigns and programmes to curate talent pools and communities
- Partners with TA lead to develop pathway programmes/ talent channels in partnership with TA centre of excellence, with a focus on global and regional alignment
- Ability to leverage actionable data/ dashboards and market insights to influence recruitment strategy and demonstrates in-depth expertise
- Continuous development and coaching of internal TA team and business around best recruitment and industry practices
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of end to end recruitment experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to make data driven recommendations
- Set high standards of excellence & value disciplined execution
- Tenacious, creative, and problem solutioning mindset
