National Automated Security supplier dominating the Commercial and Residential market.

**About the Role**

This once small, family owned business has grown significantly and is now looking to the future. They have created a new role; a pivotal role as the conduit between the business and it's customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Become the face of the business, liaising directly with new and existing customers and clients
- Solve problems - "We have a solution for that."

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience in account management or customer service with electrical componentry, security and access, audio-visual or other related fields.
- **_Experience within trade or electrical field highly advantageous_** - this role would suit someone technical - perhaps a former Industrial Electrician looking to move off the tools with customer service ability
- Proven customer services experience.
- Detail oriented.
